Moral Judgements have four main elements:
Acts
Only Human Behavior
Free Will
Affects Others
1. Acts:
the act must be present to judge.
ex.) The act of volunteering.
2. Only Human Behavior:
the act can only be judged if it's committed by a human being. Animals cannot be judged upon their actions.
ex.) Dog biting someone = not immoral
Person biting someone = immoral
3. Free Will:
the person who is committing the act must have free will.
4. Affects Others:
someone must be directly effected by an act.
